Crunchy Honey Garlic Pork Chops And You Can Use Chicken

A very simple and quick recipe to sublimate simple chops into a very tasty dish (and it also works with chicken cutlets). It’s so easy to bread your own meat that it would be a shame not to know how to do it. Especially as you can imagine, it will have nothing to do in terms of taste with industrial breaded meats. Prepared this way, you can even serve this meat to guests with, for example, potatoes sautéed in goose fat.
* Ingredients:

° 1 chop per person
° 1 egg
° 1 teaspoon of oregano
° 1 pinch of salt
° pepper
° 1 teaspoon of Dijon mustard
° stale bread mixed in breadcrumbs
° 10g of grated Parmesan or Gruyere
° oil

* Preparation:

Remove the fat around the chop and tap it to soften it. In a bowl, combine the egg with the oregano, salt, pepper and mustard. In a food processor, mix the stale bread into fine breadcrumbs then add the grated cheese and mix again.

Wet the chops in the bowl and then in the breadcrumbs. Heat the oil in a skillet and brown the meat for 5-7 minutes.
