Italian Chicken Pasta in Creamy White Wine Parmesan Cheese Sauce


Here is a delicious quick dish very popular at home. Chicken pasta in a creamy mushroom and cheese sauce. A very easy recipe for an fast weekday meal.


* Ingredients:

* For cooking the chicken:

° 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts

° 1/2 cup flour

° 1 teaspoon of salt

° ¼ teaspoon black pepper

° 1 teaspoon of garlic powder

° 2 teaspoons of Italian seasoning

° 2 tablespoons of olive oil


* Pasta:

° 12 oz of spaghetti 

* White wine sauce with parmesan:

° 4 tablespoons of butter

° 1 small yellow onion (or use 1/2 onion), chopped

° 4 minced garlic cloves

° 2 green onions, chopped

° 2 small tomatoes, diced

° 1 tablespoon of flour

° 1 cup heavy cream

° 1 cup of white wine

° ½ cup grated Parmesan

° 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

° 1/2 teaspoon of salt more to taste

° ¼ teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes


* Preparation:


Make sure to cut the chicken breasts horizontally to make them thinner.

In a large bowl/ mix  the flour/salt/black pepper/ garlic powder /Italian seasoning.

Mix well. Using a fork or tongs, coat the chicken breasts in the flour mixture, pressing into the mixture with tongs, then turning the chicken to coat the other side. Put aside.



Heat 2 large spoon of olive oil in a large skillet over medium-rise heat. Once the pan is hot, place the flour-coated chicken breasts in the pan and cook for 4 to 5 minutes per side, until golden brown on both sides and cooked through, turning them over. once, about 8 to 10 minutes.

Remove  and set aside.



Add the butter, diced yellow onion and finely chopped garlic cloves. Cook over medium-high heat until the onions and garlic turn translucent, about 2 minutes.

And add the green onions also divided tomatoes. Add 1 large spoon of flour to the pan and whisk to blend  well.

Next add the heavy cream/ wine/ Italian seasoning/ salt / red pepper flakes .

Bring the mixture to a simmer point then add ½ cup of grated Parmesan.

Use a whisk or a wooden spoon and mix until well combined.

Cooking pasta according to package directions in salted water.



Join the cooked pasta to the pan with the sauce and combine on low heat for 5 minutes.

add salt. Return the chicken to the pan over the pasta and allow it to warm up for an additional 5 minutes.

Serve the chicken on or next to the pasta and sprinkle with Parmesan, if desired.
