Blooming Quesadilla Ring

Quesadillas are always good! In this recipe, we've put cauliflower and toasted hazelnuts, with a topping of jalapeño and cheese in pan-toasted tortillas until the cheese melts. Divine!


* Quesadillas :


° 1 pce cauliflower

° 1 jar Santa Maria Green Jalapeño

° 1 pack Santa Maria Tortilla Original Medium (8 pack)

° 300 g matured cheese, grated

° 100 g toasted hazelnuts

° 1 bunch of coriander

° 1 tbsp of oil


* Preparation:


Toast the cauliflower in a frying pan until lightly browned and softened.

Spread a thin layer of jalapeños on each tortilla.

Combine the cauliflower, grated cheese and hazelnuts in a bowl, then divide the mixture over the tortillas, but only on half of each tortilla.

Fold the tortillas and press lightly.

Fry tortillas in oil over medium heat on both sides until crispy and golden and cheese is melted.

Add little red jalapeño and sprinkle with chopped cilantro and hazelnuts.

Cut each quesadilla into triangles and serve!
