Italian Christmas Cookies

* Ingredients:

° 110 g of butter
° 1 pinch of salt or fine salt
° 1 egg yolk
° 3 cl of water
° 50 g ground almonds
° 2 cl of amaretto
° 200 g of flour

* Preparation:

Mix all the dry ingredients and put the butter then sand the dough.

Then add the egg to dissolve in the amaretto and water and form a ball of smooth dough without working it too much.

Roll out and detail the dough and bake at 180 ° for about 10 min (the baking depends on the thickness and on the oven to be monitored).
